From design to completion, the steps involved in
a conversion include, but are not limited to: the Initial consultation, design plan and blueprints, building permits, electrical, plumbing, heating and A/C installation. Also, all necessary inspections needed to obtain final Certificate of Occupancy, as well as Cleanup.
